Do you niche yourself in one of these two ways? Are you asking top dollars for your service/product? Or are you the low cost provider? Do you want to be in the middle? Competing with a lot of people here. Pricing is in the perception of the buyer. So charge for knowing when, how and where. When a woman asked Picasso to sketch her, he did so in 3 minutes and charged 5,000 francs. She said, "But it only took you 3 minutes." Picasso answered, "No, it took me all my life."
